Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the Splink mobile or web app (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

2. Who May Use the Service

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) and able to form a binding contract. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

3. The Service

Splink AI lets you upload images or PDFs of receipts and returns structured data (dates, merchant names, totals, taxes, etc.). Results are generated by automated machine-learning models. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy; always confirm important figures yourself.

4. Accounts & Login

• You may sign up with an email address or via third-party single-sign-on providers such as LINE or Google.
• Keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

Do not:

1. Upload unlawful, fraudulent, or offensive content.
2. Reverse-engineer, interfere with, or overload the Service.
3. Use outputs for any unlawful purpose, including tax fraud or money laundering.

6. Fees

Basic scanning is currently free. Premium plans, if introduced, will be shown before purchase and billed in Thai baht (THB) or the equivalent in your local currency.

7. Intellectual Property

We (or our licensors) own all software, models, and branding. You own the receipts you upload and may download or delete them at any time.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is.” We make no warranties, express or implied, about accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Bangkok, Thailand, unless local consumer-protection laws require otherwise.
